The vice president is responsible for Kiwanis-family relations, management of the club's committees, and overall club management in the absence of the president.

Secretary: Katie Stone

The secretary is responsible for keeping all of the records of the club. This includes minutes from the meetings and club membership. It is also his or her job to report these figures to the district secretary/treasurer.

Treasurer: Kimberly Watson

The treasurer is responsible for preparing a budget, writing checks, collecting dues in the beginning of the year, and keeping an accurate balanced account for the club.

The service chair is responsible for scheduling, working, and reviewing all club service projects throughout the year.

The membership chair is responsible for keeping track of all members, recruiting, educating, and properly inducting new members into the club.

The fundraising chair is responsible for scheduling, working, and reviewing all fundraising activities and events throughout the year.

Club Editor: Nick Allgauer

The club editor is responsible for all publications released through RUCKI, including the club website and the monthly newsletter, The Connection. He or she also serves as a liason to the club about what publications have been released by Circle K International and the Capital District.

Kiwanis/Faculty Advisor: Kerry Greenstein

The Kiwanis advisor serves as a liason between the sponsoring Kiwanis club and the CKI club. He or she also is responsible for training club officers, helping with the development of the yearly budget, and keeping the CKI club on track.

The faculty advisor serves as a liason between the college or university and the CKI club. This includes explaining school policies, monitoring grades of club members, and advising the club of any actions or events that conflict with campus policies.

Valley Division Lt. Governor: Heather Waite

The Lt. Governor is responsible to the district governor and the district board. There are a number of tasks a Lt. Governor is responsible for, such as managing club presidents, reactivating inactive clubs, promoting interclubbing activities, establishing communication among the members of the division and district as well as between Circle Kers and Kiwanis, building new clubs, and much much more.

Heather Waite is a Junior at Virginia Tech and is triple majoring in Business Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
